STANDARD DEFINITIONS¶
The following definitions apply across all legal documents unless specifically redefined:
"Account" means a registered profile on the Brilio platform that enables a User to access and use platform features.
"Agent" means a specialized AI functionality on the Brilio platform focused on one or more topics or use cases, which can be built, customized, and potentially monetized by Users.
"Agent Creator" means a User who builds and maintains an Agent on the Brilio platform.
"Brilio Platform" or "Platform" means the cloud-hosted data and AI platform operated by Innovatica, accessible at brilio.ai and through affiliated applications.
"Company," "Innovatica," "we," "us," or "our" means Innovatica Technologies FZ-LLC.
"Content" means any data, text, images, information, or other materials uploaded to, created on, or accessed through the Brilio platform.
"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, interpreted broadly to include any information that could be used to identify, contact, or locate a person, either alone or in combination with other readily available information.
"User," "you," or "your" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Brilio platform.
