4. AI AGENT SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS¶

4.1 Agent Creator Responsibilities¶

As an AI Agent Creator, you must: - Ensure agents operate within legal and ethical boundaries - Implement appropriate safeguards and monitoring mechanisms - Provide clear descriptions of agent capabilities and limitations - Maintain proper access controls and permission settings - Monitor agent behavior and outputs for compliance - Address violations or issues promptly when identified

4.2 Agent Content Standards¶

AI Agents must not: - Generate content that violates any provision of this Policy - Be designed to circumvent platform safety mechanisms - Impersonate real individuals without appropriate disclosure - Generate misleading or false information about facts or events - Be used to manipulate, deceive, or harm users - Process personal data without appropriate legal basis and safeguards
